For account, service, billing, cancellation, privacy, rights, dispute, or technical questions, email keith@narrativecouncil.com. The ordinary initial response target is two business days.
What to include
- Write from the email associated with your Ownspoken account when possible.
- Include the workspace name and a concise description of what happened or what you need.
- For a privacy request or appeal, use “Privacy request” or “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.
- Never send a password, authentication code, full payment-card number, or unnecessary sensitive material.
Service recovery
If work is waiting or fails, preserve the workspace and identify the affected job or delivery. Do not resubmit the same sensitive material repeatedly. Owners and admins can inspect the in-product Recovery view; Ownspoken support can then reconcile a provider, delivery, export, or billing issue without silently creating duplicate work or charges.
